Why We Established Biba-Sibanda and Partners
Biba-Sibanda and Partners was born from a simple but important observation: too many families face difficulties after the death of a loved one because they were never given the opportunity to understand wills, estates and succession planning.
We have seen families struggle to understand what happens to property and assets when someone passes away. For families in rural communities or financially disadvantaged backgrounds, professional estate support can sometimes feel beyond reach.
Too often, important conversations about inheritance are postponed. A parent may pass away without leaving a clear will, or property accumulated over a lifetime may have no proper succession plan. What should have been a family legacy can then become a source of uncertainty and disagreement.
We believe it should not have to be that way.
